Creating Desktop Toolbars (Deskband)

I want to create a desktop toolbar which, when activated by right-clicking the task bar and selecting it from the "Toolbars" submenu, displays an edit box wherein one can type a DOS command to have it processed by [login to view URL] (or [login to view URL], depending on the system) Cheapest bid at closing time gets it - unless you want to do it for free...it's not a huge project ## Deliverables 1) A complete and working Rebar ActiveX control conforming to the above description, along with full Visual Basic 6 sources for the control itself and any components/objects/classes/modules etc which it requires. 2) Information on how to register the control, so that it appears in the "Toolbars" submenu of the task bar's right-click context menu NOTE: This project MUST be completed entirely in Visual Basic 6 - NOT C++, VB.NET or any other language ## Platform Any windows operating system running Internet Explorer 4 or better. Compilable under Visual Basic 6 ## Deadline information Project must be submitted solely in Visual Basic 6
