Create installer

Hello VB'er, I have an issue with my VB application that is causing a 16-bit error in about 5% of the users who install the program. At the moment I have a work-a-round and have been sending the user to my FAQ fix page which for the most part have been fixing the problem. See: <[login to view URL]> I am thinking it is not the actual program application but the installer which is causing this error. I am using a program called Wise Installation System 5.0 1996. I know, pretty old, but has for the most part been doing the job for me. So I would like to supply a VB programmer with the program ".exe" executable and instructions for other files that are to be installed, so you would re-create the install file. I could then test this on a couple of users who are having the problem. I imagine for a good VB'er this would only a 10 minute job. Note. I do not want to use the Microsoft MSI system installer Once this is done I would then like to get a copy of the application configuration files, (I would purchase application), that created the install file so I could create any future re-compiles/installer file. So, please bid on compiling application and when the install file is working OK, supply any required configuration files so could compile future compiled versions. In bidding, please state which application you would be using, and how much this application would cost me. P.S. if a programmer has previous knowledge of this error it would be a great advantage. Also, I have some program tweaks that I would also like help with, but this would be a different project.
