Create Visual Basic WinForm Controls at Runtime

Attached to this bid request is a Visual Basic 2008 WinForm solution. It has a mdi parent form, several panels, tab controls, tree views and nodes, and forms. This application that will use these controls must be flexible enough to change depending on where it is installed. I need to be able to read in settings such as: - How many tabs are needed - What text should go on each tab - How many nodes are needed in the treeview - What text should be for each node - How many instances of a form should be opened up within a panel I also need to be able to arrange the panels and forms, such as: - Automatically arrange the forms inside the panel - Determine the screen resolution where the application is running, and set the height and width of the panels accordingly - Allow the user to hide / show certain panels, and have the other panels resize automatically The attached document explains more of what is required ## Deliverables The attached requirements and solution contain additional requirements
