Create Statistical Data From Log Files

Take a daily email log file - could be from 500kb to 5mb in size - convert it to the following: 1) User's accessing mail server 2) Average Pop3 - checking of email 3) Number of emails for user 4) Total bytes in emails received for user 5) Number of errors for user 6) Domain Name for user 7) Ip for user And possibly a few more - all based on the log file. The Log file(s) are confidential - so - please don't ask for them.
