Client Case Management System

(please refer to attached document) Client Case Management Introduction We are a group of students from Ryerson University currently working on an IT alignment project for a local youth shelter. We have identified key areas for improvement within the organization and are seeking information from vendors who may be able to implement our recommendations. Vendors interested in participating should respond to this RFI with information about their organization, their ability to implement our user requirements, and an indication of costs. Responses will be accepted until Friday, March 3rd, 2006. Any questions sent to this account will be answered within 48 hours. Client Overview Our client is currently undergoing several changes in their organization with the goal of improving service to clients. Their current system of managing client information is both inefficient and infective. They are ready and willing to upgrade their systems and procedures, but lack the technical expertise to do so. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under Canadian Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP or alternative suggested by developer.
