Application to send mass messages to Yahoo Messenger

PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS! I need a small application (preferably c++, but any other language is accepted - if you look up you'll see how i want it to look like) that can send a message to all the Yahoo contacts stored in a list i have. the content of the list looks like: johnyy02 mike4u 2deep4this ... ... I know there are source codes over the internet and methods on how this can be accomplished easily. You can use them if you want, i don't care. the program must be able to accept large files also (over 10000 contacts). A large bonus will be given if you can do similar programs for MSN, ICQ, Google Talk, Skype(any of these). The GUI of the application must be simple. Just a "browse" button to load the contact list, a text box where i can write the message, a send button, and somewhere in the corner to show the number of contacts the message has been sent (like a progress bar). Also if possible, i want to be able to set a delay between message sending (send first message, wait 100 miliseconds, send the second message....). the program must be able to add a random character (if i choose to) at the end of the message. (so the messages will look different. Also if possible, i would like the messages to be sent from different IDs i have.
