PHP PDF form layout+data

PROJECT: Create a function in PHP to generate a PDF file (or send PDF directly to browser) using fPDF class Function name: GetPDF_SADTReport($data,$filename) PARAMETERS: - $data is a array of data to be used to filled all fields in the form - $filename is the name of PDF file fPDF will generate LAYOUT: See attached file guia_sadt.xls. It is double pages. PDF created must be exactly as this XLS file. 2 pages. Delivery: 1) Script with the developed function in plan PHP 2) Script to test the function passing all arrays and dummy data. 3) PDF sample generated by the function with dummy data. Deadline: 2 days after vid approval Payment: Immediatly after delivered material is fully aproved.
