I attached 4 images with that postal paper. It’s size – A5. Paper has both sides. “1postalpaper” and “2postalpaper” were cut by me. “1postalpaperSCAN” and “2postalpaperSCAN” are original scans from postal paper. I attached 3 images with overall dimensions. “1ppWStop”, “1ppWSbottom” – are for first side (page) “2ppWSbottom” for bottom of the second side. I attached project specification in MS Visio (for copy/paste content) and Jpeg (for quickly understanding). File name: “Page template specification F116” I want you to create the page on the website. This page should contains text boxes with descriptions below. I want a form (specified space allocation) on my website similar that I mention so once user fill the detail and submit then he put his postal paper in printer and print that filled information in his postal card and then he will able to save that form for future reference. User just fill the form and able to see how they look like and able to print on postal card. The size of the original document that will be printed: A5. Dimensions refer to the edges of the document reduced to 2 mm, as well as about 2 mm is the technological frontier printing. Mission: to create a page on your server on the Internet, which will help generate and print the document submitted. After all checking you should transfer a page to my server.
