Building educational software

I am currently looking for a software architect and a software developer to help with my company's latest project. We are currently creating language course software for users to learn new languages. We have a range of language courses and we are compiling them into software files. We are looking for someone who can create the mainframe of the software and the interface too. We would be able to provide all the content into the software. With the right person, this would be a LONG term thing and could even become a permanent position.
