Booking Engine, Widget and PMS (Property Management System) Solution for Hotels

We are looking to have our own web based platform offering a solution that integrates: The project consists on the design and development of the whole platform, we require the source code. The solution would be to create a similar engine as offered by 'HOTEL LINK SOLUTIONS' ([login to view URL]) but with the design and feel of 'LYFT' ([login to view URL]) We require the following features on the platform: - Booking engine: The Hotel Link Solutions booking engine integrates with your website and allows guests to search for availability for given dates, and then complete the whole booking process through to payment online. - Booking widget: The embedded booking widget can be completely integrated into a professional website with a streamlined user experience (since the travellers doesn’t have to leave the website). - PMS (Property Management System): Accommodation providers log into the platform and have full control over the updates to room rates, inventory, stop sales, special rates and promos etc; they gain access to all of the management needs of the hotel, everything under one account. This allows them to effectively yield manage and maximise profits right from the system. Once the bookings have been made by a customer through the booking engine, our system allows for a central location for accommodation providers to easily manage and track their bookings. The system must offer professional and advanced management reports to help suppliers keep track of all the activity as it’s happening: > Basic hotel metrics (rooms sold, past bookings, period comparison, forward bookings) > Web metrics (possibility to integrate with Google Analytics or other metrics) > Average Daily Rate by market segment, client profile, account, room category, etc. > Room night production by market segment, account, room category > Room revenue production by market segment, account, room category > Average Length of Stay > Booking Window (average advanced purchase) The accomodation provider must be able to introduce through the platform all the details in their account section: > Accomodation Details: 1 Property Details: Address, Descriptions, Images, Payments Options, Booking Policies 2 Rooms & Rates: Add Room Type, Add Rate Plan 3 Booking Button: Integrated booking button, Booking button sample 4 Yearly Deals / Monthly Deals / Season Deals: Availability, Rates, Min nights, Stop Sell and more.... Will provide whole details. An example of the PMS, the layouts and designs, and the reports required will be provided to help the developer with the development of the platoform.
