Betfair Records

Hi. My name is Chris and I am from Greece I predict football results based on Betfairs historical odds, money and statistics. Till now i do ti my self manually and i save them in excel. Because all this is very time consuming i need a program or a site to be created that will take from Betfair the odds, money for every game played daily at specific time and will save it in a database or in the site. I attach an example on what i am recording from Betfair. I know many little on programming so whatever it is made must be simple to use. The program must have tha ability to record the data from betfair 3, 2, 1 and half hour before every game.
