Advertisment Network Software

The project is an advertising delivery software written in php using the Yii framework. I will describe the features and inner working later, there is already an established code base that we are currently using live that will be expanded upon. You must be extremely fluent with MySQL and have used Yii or a similar framework before. We're eventually looking to expand to using MongoDB, having knowledge of that would also be useful. This will be an ongoing project so I'm looking to find someone who can keep in good contact with me through msn or skype, speak english as a first language(preferably), have to time to add features and provide support upon request.
