Accounts Receivable extension for Shopify

## Overview We are getting ourselves a shopify account to manage our POS and our ECOMMERCE. One problem that we have, is that we offer credit accounts to our customers and allow them to make purchases against these unlimited and limited accounts. Then the customers have the opportunity to clear up their accounts with us at a later time. We want to switch to shopify, but shopify does not allow us to have accounts receivables. ## Solution and your Job We need somebody to build for us a shopify extension that will manage accounts receivables for us. Here are the following requirements of this extension. - Staff may create a credit account for users. - Staff my specify a spending limit on this account. - Users may make payments on their accounts at any time. - Users may put a deposit on their account before spending against the account. - When the user logs in they will see this new account as an available payment gateway. - Users will receive a monthly email with their account balance if their account has a balance. - Staff may reconcile the account by charging the customers credit card at any time. - This account will be exported to Quickbooks Pro, through the Quickbooks Pro Connector as Accounts Receivables. - This account will display on Shopify reports as Accounts Receivables and will not be included in Accounts Received data. - Staff may generate reports that include only the Accounts Receivables. ## About you You may either be an individual or a company. I do not prefer to outsource, but will be open to the idea given that the company has American Referrals that I may speak with on the phone. You must have done work with Shopify in the past and be familiar with their API. ## Your Requirements - You must have experience with Shopify and building extensions for it. - I will require that you take a programming proficiency test. - You must have examples of your work. - You must be willing to see this project through to the end with clean code. - You must be familiar with GIT as we will be using this to monitor your progress and communicate with you. - You must have extensive experience in PHP and Javascript.
