CS Cart MAP Minimum Advertised Pricing Mod

I'm looking for a programmer that can add MAP pricing mod to my CS Cart installation. Several of my suppliers require that MAP pricing is presented on the product description page. In order to see the actual price the customer is required to add the product to the cart to see the lower price and a popup that explains why. I've attached some photo's as an example. I prefer to have someone who has done previous works in CS Cart or similar cart and I would like to see the mod functioning on the site before payment is sent. Thanks,
