classifieds webpage

i am looking to create a site that is very similiar to [[login to view URL]][1] (a local classifieds website). the only difference is that i want to charge the sellers, and there will be items sold that will benefit a specific group. i basically want to make it free for all of those who are buying and just charge the sellers. i am open to any ideas as to how to charge either yearly, a percentage of the sale price, or any other idea you may have. a few thing that i know i am going to want are: -a way to keep track of users so i can disable them, renew etc. -the ability to enter discount codes -and i am want the ability to add categories of items for sale with ease. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform i prefer vb.net and if we need a database i prefer sql since i personally know a host in the area. however i am open to anything and hosting anywhere. i wouldnt even care if this was an ASP.NET NUKE. as long as you can get this thing to do what i want it to.
