adwords api

AdWords API , develop a PHP solution for the data extraction with the AdWords database. The solution should allow the extraction of all the content or parts of the AdWords database to store it in a local database. No graphic interface is required. The solution should be secure, performance-oriented and developed using PHP/MySQL. Documentation is required in two levels: 1)source code documentation/comments and 2) Framework/API specifications for the use of the solution.
