building Dutch website

I'm looking for? help to build a website for my one-person consultancy company. I'm still in the process of? writing texts, etc. So? building this website? will be an interative process. The language of the website will be Dutch, so any familiarity with this language might be helpful. Three things are important:? building the website in a technical appropriate way, the esthetics (design and 'look and feel') and the ease with which people can find the website.
