Project Title: Development of MLP and RBF Neural Network Model Primary Skill: Statistical Algorithm Development Additional Skills: Statistical knowledge of predictive modeling algorithms for handling large data is essential. Project Description: We need professionals to develop the following Predictive models for modeling large data coming from Banking, finance, Insurance, Telecommunication and such other fields. ## Deliverables Project Description: We need professionals to develop the following Predictive models for modeling large data coming from Banking, finance, Insurance, Telecommunication and such other fields. Neural Network Model: The set up for developing Neural Network models is: One response variable measured on a continuous scale or categorical scale or time-scale (for ex. Stock Market prices, Call Volumes, Credit Card defaulters, Customer Satisfaction scores etc.) with several predictor variables (some of them may be continuous or categorical). Usually the data size is large and it will be stored in EXCEL or ASCII format. Assume that column represents a response variable while Rows indicate the cases. Requirement #1 a. Develop a statistical algorithm for Multi layer feed forward to model a response variable using several predictors. Your procedure should take care of normalization of the data and such other relevant data preparation steps. b. Write explicitly the computational steps involved in the fitting of the above models. Your algorithmic steps should clearly indicate the tools used to handle large data. Provide details of iterative method for training the networks along with convergence criteria. c. Develop a Java Code corresponding to the above algorithms. d. Your code should have built-in checks to avoid crashes and/ or incorrect results. Prepare Test case results to demonstrate how the program behaves at extreme values, Invalid inputs etc. Your program should work correctly for large data. Include at least one example to demonstrate working of the program. e. Expected output: The output should produce ‘optimal’ network architecture with model validation measures. Requirement #2 Develop a suitable statistical algorithm for RBF network. The remaining set of requirements listed above from (b) to (e) are the same. Time Line: Time to develop statistical algorithms and its Java implementation should not exceed Two months. Budget: $4000-$ 6000
