Custom Software - Penny Auction

Penny Auction - Custom Application We need a team of developers who are capable of developing, coding and programming our entire system for our penny auction website. It includes: - Frontend - (Customer Sign In, Paypal Integration System etc...) - Backend - Database structure - FULL Functionality - CMS - Administration Panel - Reports - Software - (Source and Object Coding) We will also be providing a full SRS (System Requirement Specification) document explaining how each field will work within our database and how everything is to function. We also have an SRS which would be a reference document to the other documents we would be providing. We will be providing any information that is needed in order for your developers to ensure that they have a better understanding of how our system is to operate. We will also be providing some of the frontend designs in PSD format made in Adobe Photoshop CS5 with fully organized and descriptive layers for each. Along with each PSD, we would be providing a Word Document explaining functionality on each designated page. We will NOT be slicing or providing the HTML versions of our designs. We will require the developer to design the backend pages. You will need to: - speak, write and understand good english and have strong communication skills - sign a NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT before any files are given for project approval and project pricing - sign a CONTRACT before any work is started - be able to contact us or us contact you at any given time or day - understand what penny auction sites are and how they function - have DAILY skype conference calls at 8:00AM EST. (5:30PM IST) - have a designated project manager for this project in which we should have the ability to validate our compatibility with him/her and to ensure that they understand the commitments made by the sales team.
