Code a section of my website in PHP (advusers)

You'll be working on the beginning of a massive project. Good performance will result in you DEFINATELY working on larger, better areas of the site. For now, we need a login script created, the ability to add, edit and delete users with specific permissions. You'll also need to show/hide icons on a navigation page. (they're at the top of the page below). Please read the spec fully.
