Clone and improve a video embedding script

I need you to clone a video embedding script that I bought, but also do the following: 1. Make it much more aesthetic and user friendly 2. Replicate all current features 3. Add the following features: a. Require a user specific license code to operate on your server. (I intend to resell the script and I want to be able to find out if someone is stealing my script) b. Replace logo from admin panel c. manage ad sales and placement from admin panel. d. Add my own copyright notice and make unremovable (I want everyone who uses the script to link back to me). e. Create three templates to choose from and manage from the control panel. f. Enable embedding of movies from all the sites that the script shows below, but move the adult ones to the bottom. If you can add additional sites - bonus. Also - allow different sections with different titles in the tempates (also controlled by admin panel) g. When adding a movie, be prompted for title and discription. h. add option for viewer comments and ratings. The script should come with an easy installation manual where anyone with reasonable knowledge should be able to install it. I will send details of the script that needs cloning to interested coders.
