Changes to website - joomla, php, xls upload .txt output

we have a website that is working for the most part. it is a site that schedules items and based on that schedule processes an uploaded .xls file and converts the data within into a formated .txt file. We are having some issues with the output not coming out as its supposed to. Also we'd like the site to have the option to 'un-process' so we can then reprocess a file. The site is in joomla,? and php and I'm sure there are some other acronyms it uses that I don't know the letters to right now. for someone who knows these types of programs I don't think it will be too much to quickly make the necessary changes. ## Deliverables
