Business process software

We'd like a? web-based program to enter and build a customer database of leads (names, addresses, etc.) and track them thru the? closed sale.? (Sales Process Monitoring Application).? *(if possible we'd like to extract data directly from any websites mentioned).? We want internet login/p/w access? to monitor who's inputting data. Current addresses are verified using a 3rd-party service.*? ? ? We want? to automate our process as much as possible. We’d like to put a searchable database on our website, so potential customers can check? their names? in the data. If found, we’d like those names,etc. to be auto-filled into a mail-merge program for direct mailings.? i.e.? if there is a lead, we want to:? 1) discard? bad address, 2) record the date? of mail or? contact, and 3) record any response.? We want to schedule a follow up phone call, or re-send a letter or make another house call? for future.? ? We want? to track the number of closed accounts we get from the number of letters mailed or visits made. We want to track their regional location as well. We also want to be able to search and print out various reports based on dollar amounts, etc. On the website we want to? auto-fill an Agreement that they can sign electronically.? Thanks, Will
