Business Card Order Form

We are a commercial printing company wanting to provide current customers the ability to order business cards online. This process will give individuals working for one of our client companies the ability to access an online form showing a sample of cards available for ordering. The individual will enter personal information (name, telephone, fax, cell etc.) as well as quantity requested, at this point the individual will see on screen what the card will look like. Upon submitting, the card will be sent to Human Relations department to view and approve or make changes to the card. Upon approval by HR the card order will be sent to purchasing to view or change the card before forwarding to our printing company. We would like to receive a press quality pdf to place directly into our workflow. Notification of send/receive should be made by email each step of the process. ## Deliverables Probably didn't describe what we are looking for in enough detail. Will need to discuss options.
