Bookmaker Master Account

An application that can operate a Master Account and be used by a Horse Racing Bookmaker that has 2,000+ clients to place bets on 2000+ Sub Accounts. When the bookmaker gets the information a adjustable % needs to able to be entered (example 5% for the win or 2% Win and 3% Place. Then when the race has resulted the software needs to look at 3 different TOTES and apply the BEST of the 3 to the result if a winner and update the client’s accounts. The subaccounts need to be accessible on the internet in the form of a Members Area for viewing only. ## Deliverables I can allow the coder to log in to a members area that utilises this type of software.
