Design and Programming for Bed Bugs site

I need someone to create a mini site based on a site that is already developed. This site will be a Bed Bug site and will be a mini site of a Pest Control site. The site we will be working off of is <[login to view URL]>. If you go to the Bed Bugs link on the navigation and see the list in the drop down, that is basically what the new mini site will be. The site will be titled: Bizzy Bees Bed Bug Guide. We would like to use the same logo and a similar design of the big site. I need 3 layout concepts sent and unlimited revisions. After we have picked a design I would then like you to program the site. I can send you all the files of the Bed Bug pages from the big site if that helps transfer the information. The site is estimated to be about 14 pages. I prefer custom php programming.
