Convert entire php software as php phar file using script

I would like to have a script/program that can create every major php software out there into a phar php file. experience needed with users of phar and you can use any scripts to generate the phar php file i want wordpress software, whmcs software, joomla software etc be used as a single phar file. i need to be able to produce my own phar file. i need a script that can do phar file generation from a list of php file/directories. advanced-expert programmers only.
