Clone of Website - Serious Bidders Only

Good Day We have a client that wish's to have an exact replica of a current website, but with a new front end that has been designed already. The website address is [login to view URL] the site needs to take the look of the following [login to view URL] The design element has already been done, but would need implementing. This project is for serious bidders only, you will be required to agree to the following before bidding 1. A Fully functional Clone must be made 2. Testing must be possible by myself, weither on your server or my own dedicated server 3. You agree to take on the project without upfront payment, payment will only be made once a fully functional website has been created and tested. 4.
