We are developing a new adult website for delivering digital content (downloadable videos). This will be a "pay per file" model where customers can download individual video scenes for a low ticket price. We are hoping to capture a high volume of transactions with this model. We are currently researching interface/shopping cart options. We may also want to utilize CCBill for processing single payments from our store, if this is possible. At some point we may want to replace that with our own merchant account and gateway, but want to start out as simple and quickly as possible. We already have a CCBill account. The model and functionality we want to emulate can be seen at the following website: [login to view URL] I'm not sure how difficult this will be to implement, but I am looking for proposals to create the infrastructure for such a site. We would like to manage the appearance of the site with our own graphic templates, around whatever technical infrastructure is created by the developer.
