custom membership billing system

This is not a job for the faint at heart. we need a custom membership billing system that will connect with [login to view URL] and thee CIM system This will have to work with out special cre loaded system and our post affiliate pro system. here is the flow we are wanting to achieve. 1. when user gets to the checkout page we want them to enter there billing information 2. when it submits to the system it will pass the info to [login to view URL] and store the info in the CIM system. 3. it will process there first payment 4. after payment is approved it will send back to the system a payment call and update there membership date 5. it will also have to send info to a post affiliate pro call to give credit to the affiliate 6. need a cancellation section for customers to be able to cancel there membership 7. need the ability for customer to put there account on hold 8. need customers to be able to update the payment information we have to have total control of the users billing to be able to bill them when they are due. we also have to be able to add time to a customers billing date to award them with like a free month or what ever. every aspect of this needs to hook into our cre loaded and post affiliate pro and have absolutely 0 issues. there is no room for errors since this will be on a already live and active site. this will be built on a demo server and tested there. once approved and tested it will be moved to the real site. payment terms will put 50% funds into milestone upon choosing a programmer. and release at a point we both agree upon will pay the other 50% when completed. am not putting the last 50% in milestone. will pay that directly via paypal. talk in pmb. do not try to msg me any other way unless you already work with me. i dont care about the recent sites you have built. if you have built something that fits this job i will look but if you just post a canned msg with 50 sites and stuff you have done ill ignore you.
