I am in a car business and I want to have an advertising site for the car business. I want dealers to be able to trade their cars in an auction environment. I also want them to able to place cars on the site on a retail business and they can load a car and then they can punch the button and the data feeds will send the cars to my site and then they go for my site where I can punch the button and they can go out to auto traders and all this different types of graphical sites. I want MySQL should be written in PHP. Its gonna need backends tools. When you have the flow to the data log, I want you to a piece of software that they can load on a smart phone that they can take a picture of a car put the number and it will populate to their site.
