Date field for OSClass (as plugin)

I need plugin for OSClass that adds custom field "date". There are ready examples here: [login to view URL] What is required: 1) Plugin for osclass that allows to add custom field "Expiration date" that ad publisher can set. 2) Ad publisher should use JQuery UI date picker ([login to view URL]) to select date. 3) Entered date should be saved in MySQL Actually, similar to regular custom fields, but date with JQuery datepicker.
