Create a bitcoin index like in Coindesk

The also have an interactive chart with the index in a way that you can compare with the individual exchanges and a live thumbnail of the chart in their homepage and header. I have the APIs for the exchanges in my country and I would like to create similar features for my website. The features are: 1) Calculation of the weighted (by volume traded) index in real time taking data from the JSON APIs in my country. Example... every 5 minutes we will look at the difference in volume traded in each exchange and prices (current volume minus volume 5 minutes ago) and create an average of the prices weighted by the volumes). The 5 minutes is just an example as this should be a parameter that I as the admin could change. 2) Storage of all captured calculated data above in my database 3) Chart with different time frames (intraday, 1 day, 5day, 1 month, 1 year, all) and option for the user to select individual exchanges for comparision on chart. Chart can be viewed in mobile phones. 4) Option for the user to EXPORT data as .CSV and chart URL for sharing just like they have in Coindesk 5) Creation of my own API output for webmaster that may want to use it in their own applications 6) Mini live chart for header and sidebar widget for my wordpress website Thank you for your consideration!!!
