Android and Web App Change-overs

We have read your requirement and we understand that there is an android application that reads feeds from a PHP website and displays to the app. We have to use this applications to make some other application with the same functionality but for other URLs that you will provide. We have a few questions on the app that is below: 1. Does the app scraps the data from the website in a time interval and stores in local storage and displays in the app? 2. We understand that we have to create the PHP sites with the same functionality but for different URLs 3. Does the app reads the data from the website using JSON or XML format? 4. Regarding "when you select it, you go to the website where the link referenced" does it means that the app will display contents from a page and put it in a ListView, clicking the list items will open the web page from where the content is scrapped?
