Custom Classified Ad

This is an integration of Classified Ad type system that will be integrated into an already existing site. The current site is built in PHP & MySql using Smarty & Pear. A good amount of work has already been done. We are looking for reliable, knowledgeable, smart programmer that has the ability to step in and help us get this done. The current site is: <[login to view URL]> You will see the following links on the left hand side, we need to be able to create Merchant pages like the one you see here: <[login to view URL]> We will also need to allow admin to feature Bars and the Merchant Type Homepage as seen here: <[login to view URL]> as you will see on this page, we need each merchant to be able to add their name & specials, also manage an events calander that gets added. Underneath there are functionalities built into the system that need to be tied into this area, some of which exists. To log into the back as a user: user user We need immediate attention on this job. As we have fallen behind schedule. The system will allow the "Merchant" user to sign up and manage his area in a customized CMS type system that will allow the Merchant to set up his Daily Specials, his upcoming Events, etc. Complete focus & attention is needed... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This is on Linux server using PHP & MySql.
