connection failed: application rejected connection

I got an error on my jqplayer when i'm trying to play the streams, the error i'm getting is connection failed: application rejected connection. I got the stream link from this site: [login to view URL] Here is my site: [login to view URL] You will see that I have input the stream link from the [login to view URL] to output on my site which I got the connection failed: application rejected. I tried to use a different stream link, but I still get the same problem. If you know how to fix the problem to allow me to play the streams, I would be happy to reward you to do the quick small job.
