Database information listing script

I need a script that will load a list of names and create a box with the names each one linked to a different website. It is very important that it is SEO friendly and search engines will count the links contained the the box. It should work with PHP and HTML websites. It should have a nice design that can be customized through the script. Customizable items: -Border colour and size. -Background colour. -Letter size (minimum 10 size) -Automatically adapt to the letter size The data will be retrieved from a TXT file on my server. It will be a small list. It will look like this: ---------------------------- Florist Shops in the US (the title will also be linked) AlabamaFlorist shop WashingtonFlorist shop TexasFlorist shop ........ ...... ---------------------------- It is a very simple thing.
