Data Driven HTML5 Game Engine

I need a data driven HTML5 game engine developed using Javascript and jQuery. The code should be clean, well structured, extendable, and run on all HTML5 compliant browsers. There's no rocket science involved but attention to details is required and the scope of the project certainly doesn't fall into a few days run. So I'm looking for a dedicated coder who is capable of sustained development at a good pace and has no issues with regular progress updates. This project has enough time to be accomplished for the right coder but it has a strict deadline. Please weight your capabilities carefully and only bid if you can deliver without slipping the deadline. If you succeed then you can count on a a follow up project for extending the delivered results with a number of extra features. The detailed specification is attached. Please read it carefully before bidding. I tried to make it as clear and detailed as possible but please let me know if anything is not clear. I'll need the following delivered by the deadline: 1) fully tested Javascript source code of the HTML5 game engine developed in full compliance with the specification; 2) sample data files that you used to test your work; nothing fancy and no extra effort required here - just the bare minimum you would need to test the functionality that you developed in the course of this project.
