DHTML/Javascript Popup (mouse-over) with menu inside

Below are the specifications of a job I need done. Please look at the example images below as well. * currently using SoThink DHTML Menu, but too big + too many features - **need something simple/light!** * less than 30 Kb big (as **small as possible**!) - Now it's 100+ Kb * will be **integrated in table menu**, so needs to work with existing HTML code * needs to **display other HTML inside** (PHP table/link page/code generation on the same server) * being able to set the **width and height** * being able to set the **position X and Y** * being able to set the **delay of disappearance** after mouse-over * Working the same on **Safari, IE (6.0 and higher), Opera, Chrome, Firefox**
