Create api for the nearest place events on mobile

Hi There, Thanks for inviting to bid on this project. As I understand that you want us to create an API which will display the Events organizing in near place of the user Right? Basically, we use the Google Maps API to get the current location of the users and based on that, our API will display the current hosting events near to him with details right? Do we need to implement the Booking system for events or it will just display the details of those events? Do you want for both OS i.e. iPhone and Android or for anyone?
