Create a PHP Site with basic functions, profiles and administrator panel

The site must be developed in PHP technology with a mysql db. The structure is quiet simple; the users come in, register (with link confirmation in email) and have a personal public profile with 4 tabs. Every user can insert posts ( with text and photo) with a defined form, and other users can buy the services posted. Users must have a personal credit account on the site, hooked with the transaction made in the site ( system of payment paypal, with transaction confirmation and back to the confirm page service); similar to an ecommerce. A system of feedback must be also implemented; after every transaction buyer can insert feedback of seller, and vice versa. The 4 tabs on the profile must be the following: 1) Selling Posts active of the user 2) Personal info and data 3) Feedback and transaction history of last 12 months 4) Service Buyed/selled in the last 12 months Every user can be a buyer and a seller with the same account ( ebay style). The user can interact only with email form in the site and email of both must remain secret. A special control panel profile must be implemented for administrators, with statistics of transaction of the entire site and the full control of all generic tasks of the site ( accounts blocking, transactions monitor, payments alerts, posts approval/delete, detail of user with not visible fields). All services proposed in the posts, must be payed to the site, and after a security period of 15 days (and a positive feedback of buyer), on the admin control panel appear a link to pay the seller. In the home page must be visible the lasts posts inserted in each section. A page with a series of search criteria must be also [login to view URL] the post, the page with the details of post must be opened. The Site must have in particular 3 sections with different functions and kind of form to insert post, and some other common page. The functions are basilar. In The third section,users must have the possibility to insert more accuracy post, and users can make an offer to do the services required (to understand, like the project on this site, but more simplified). No CMS accepted, all the structure must be custom made. The graphic must be simply but beautiful and well done, with 3 css with only different color (each one for one of the sections)and w3c validation. ## Deliverables All the project must be programmed with a lot of comments, to make possible future editing by us. **The variable name, the database tables and columns must have intuitive name ( in english or in italian).** All the site content must be created in Italian ( preferred) or in English. We want to translate the site in other languages, so it is important to insert all the content in a vocabulary file ( .mo/.po file is a plus, like wordpress for example). A really appreciated feature can be the dynamic selection of the language based on the language of the users's browser. A simply algoritm to encrypt/decrypt users password on db ( and other specific data) is required. Security must be strong. The graphic also must be custom made, with beautiful banner(s) and logos. The site must be well tested before realease.
