I need a website with cam and tube videos created. The website needs to support ffmpeg so that the videos and cam show up on mobile devices. The website needs to have similar functionalities as [login to view URL] but NOT a copy. I need a clean design and also a token payment system similar as well to www.rude.com. My payment processor will be ccbil. I need this done correctly. Also needs to have an admin backend. I don't care if you use a script but needs to look original. It's very unlikely I will accept any bids from India because I have had too many horrible experiences in the past, Sorry.
