Hello-
We have integrated Amazon FPS on our site but are having problems with some portions of it. I need someone who has previous experience integrating Amazon FPS to go through and correct things that are not correct and causing these problems. The system is already integrated on our live PHP application but these problems have just come up. Here are some of the errors that come occur.:
-When testing, our transactions are successful, but once live and using the aggregated payments feature, 7 out of 8 transactions failed (tokens were created between 7 and 21 days apart) while the 1 token created 1 hour before execution was successful.
This is the error we received for the 7 transactions:
182 Caught Exception: Internal Error Response Status Code: 400 Error Code: Error Type: Request ID: XML: Pledge ID
-We are receiving an error message saying Recipient has an unverified account: recipient account needs to have a verified U.S. Credit card or bank account.
However, in the user's Amazon Payments address, they have both a verified credit card, Amazon Payments Business account to receive payments, and seemingly no red flags. But yet, there's a caught exception when testing to receive payments.
The weird thing is it doesn't happen for all of our users, just some.
Can you tell me any other common reasons this error may appear or what step to take to fix it? We need help urgently as this is happening as a live error and our user is getting very frustrated.
-Just hypothetically asking, if a payment process were to fail when attempting to execute it myself, as a worst-case scenario would I be able to give those token IDs to someone in the forums to cash the payment? Or as another way of asking, if a user has already gone through the CBUI and if I can provide the payment authorization IDs, how would I have those cashed outside regular processing?
Please let me know your experience in dealing with Amazon FPS and how soon you would be able to get started. Thanks!
