Ajax implementation for web-based service

I've developed a web-based program that, to put it briefly, allows users to upload, store, and manage their files online. It's a hosted service written in PHP, and it's nearly completed. I would like to have someone else add Ajax and "dynamic" functionality to the site in the form of an easy-to-use library -- I'd like the person to write the code that I can use, without a hassle, to add more functionality in the future. I'd also like a few element implemented by the coder. My requirements are very simple -- basically, I'd like to be able to submit form data and return a response from the server via JavaScript, and I'd like a JavaScript upload script developed with a progress bar. I'll work with the winning coder to integrate the JavaScript and my PHP. This functionality must work with the latest versions of Opera, Firefox, Internet Explorer (v6), Safari, and Mozilla. For the right coder, who may even have some code already implemented, this should only take a few hours' time. Thank you! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
