DLMS/COSEM implementation in JAVA

I need an implementation of the DLMS/COSEM specification to request data from a digital meter (smart metering). I need a "first shot" to collect the meter reading and the consumption near the end of this "auction". That means that I am looking for a developer, who already knows the specification. The genereal environment is a server system in JAVA. So the goal should be a class that handles the communication with the correct protocol and an interface to send commands and get the results of the communication with the meter. THIS REQUEST IS FOR 2 DLMS MESSAGES ONLY (and of cause the result handling). 1st. get meter reading and consumption 2nd. get profile data (for a period) I do not have any documentation and I need the final implementation on 29th. of January!
