Looking for a developer who can develop an efficient Bill Payment system using the Java programming language. The User should be able to pay about five different bills on one interface using the Visa card. The system will seamlessly work with the banks software to automate Visa payment; generate transaction number for every payment made and also generate a receipt for the user.
