Android Mobile Application

Hi Android developers, I am looking for a android application developer for one of our upcoming android application. The application will be basically the voice morphing application. Here are some hight level requirement 1-User start a outgoing call. 2-User should be able to morph his outgoing voice call. 3-In menu user will be presented a list of morphed option let say that voice can be morphed to alient,women,men,robot ,[login to view URL] user should have functionality to morph to any voice he has sample of that say he recorded the voice of Nicolas cage and when he is making outgoing call he should be able to morph his voice to nicolas cage. I will let know the full functionality once i choose the developer.
