Custom Mod Development for PHPizabi

I am looking for a freelancer who is VERY familiuar with php and proper coding standards. Who will not cut corners and programming within the form of PHPizabi's design, so all work will not effect future upgrades. Very module...As well as document the changes you make...I want the mods to look good as well as be fully functional. I need a freelancer who speaks and understands English very clearly, and who is in the US. The mod will be basicly a modified search system with indexing that will have to replace the current one they use. this mod most blend seemlessly into PHPizabi please do not reply if you can not do this well...I know php and can spot who is good and knows what they are doing.
