Automated Php Mailing Script

Hello Marketing/Mailing Experts, How are you doing? I have looking for someone that can offer me an alternative to PhpList Mailing Script which came free with my hosting. It doesn't seem to be working as it should. I have sent out serveral emails in bulk to members of my site, but only a few have responded. I don't think all of the emails are being sent out correcly. I have heard that PhpList isn't that great and there are many other options out there. Please let me know what you can provide me with. I need to be able to track the emails and see how many have been sent, read, etc. The more features that are available the better. If you have a demo of what you can offer that would be great!
