I have a responsive WP website that needs some changes to its layout that appears on a mobile phone. 1) The main listing of posts needs to appear similar to the attached draft 2) The individual post listings also needs to be changed for both mobile and desktop view. The thumbnail photos should be clickable. All the pieces of data you see come from custom post fields - so you can control how they are laid out.
